Job Title: Remote Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Latin America (Remote)

Company Overview: We are a leading recruiting agency specializing in connecting talented professionals from Latin America with reputable healthcare staffing companies based in the United States. Currently, we are seeking experienced Remote Healthcare Recruiters to join our dynamic team and support our client’s recruitment efforts in the healthcare industry. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare workforce.

Position Overview: As a Remote Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier healthcare professionals to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for developing a candidate pool, sourcing and screening qualified candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various healthcare positions.
  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of tools, including internal databases, job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), and networking events.
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate with onsite SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) managers to schedule onsite or virtual interviews.
  • Close offers and facilitate a smooth transition for candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Track and analyze open positions and hires to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Represent our company and recruit at healthcare conferences and industry events.

Additional Requirements:

  • Comfortable using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application, to monitor and manage work hours.
  • Ability to schedule interviews and conduct full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in professional-level English (written and verbal/voice).
  • Familiarity with healthcare software such as WellSky is a plus but not required.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools is a plus.
  • Must have a computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
