Job Title: Remote Social Media Specialist

Location: Latin America (Remote)

Currently, we are seeking a talented Remote Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth across various social media platforms. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in Latin America while collaborating with a dynamic and creative team.

Position Overview: As a Remote Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies to elevate our clients’ online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. This position requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives and goals.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and features in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies and campaigns.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure performance and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above).
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
