You’ll pay your virtual professionals through Talent Global. You’ll pay us in USD, and we will pay the virtual professionals. The billing cycle is semi-monthly. For US-based clients, we accept ACH and credit card payments (transaction fees apply).

Most of our remote professionals live and work in Latin America, including South American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia. They generally work from a home office, coworking space, or another professional remote-work setup in their city.

Talent Global focuses on vetted remote professionals who are motivated to build long-term working relationships with the companies they support. Our candidates are selected for skills, communication, reliability, work ethic, and ability to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
